I met Senor Carlos Humberto Aguilar Uguet, 81 years old. He still works as a tailor in a small shop in Merida. When he heard that I was french, he sang, "The Marseillaise", the french national anthem in spanish.  He  learned it when he was at the elementary school as a student.

El Panadero (The Baker) de Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. from philippe le vessier on Vimeo.

In Merida, one evening, I heard the repetitive sound of a horn. I went in the street and I saw the baker on a tricycle that announced its path.
The baker comes daily between 4:00 P.M and 9:00 P.M to sell, in the street, his "french bread" and pastries. Of course I ate some them... Delicious!!!!

Poor people in the street in N.Y.C

In the train station, 125th St in Harlem, this homeless man was setting on a bench and he was sleeping. The police explained to him that it's forbidden to sleep there. The three officers  asked this man to leave the station.

In New York City, poor people collect cans and bottles for  recycling, in the trash.  They return their cans and bottles for $0.05 each in a recycling center.

What a surprise seeing this guy with this sign!
He told me that every day he made $ 10, on average. This allows him to eat every day but for the rest ... ,  it's difficult!
